NCI Data.com, Methow.com provides servers and Internet connections for the purpose of maintaining web sites that contain content that is both lawful and ethical.  We provide administrative access to our servers to our clients for the sole purpose of maintaining their web site for the duration of their account.

Examples of Acceptable Content for 5MB Free Personal Web Space (Included in your account)

• Multiple HTML pages
• Mailto: and HTML Links
• Picture files
• Dynamic HTML (DHTML)

NOTE: Technical support is not available for designing, publishing or maintaining your personal web site.  The extent of support for personal web space is that we will make recommendations on software you can use for the above functions.  You may contact technical support by phone or by sending an email to support@methow.com.

Prohibited Content and Uses

• Web sites containing "adult" content of any-sort or that link to other sites containing "adult" content. 
• Web sites containing printed, video or audio content that the account owner does not own or have permission to distribute.
• Web sites that contain any pirated software or link to other sites containing pirated software.
• Web sites that have the sole purpose of making large number of files available for download.
• Processes that execute in the background for extended periods of time, including IRC bots.
• CGI chat rooms.
• Sending unsolicited promotional e-mail, "SPAM," through our servers or promoting a web site on our servers through "SPAM" sent through other mail servers.

CPU and RAM Resources

NCI Data.com, Methow.com provides services to local companies, organizations, and individuals on our shared servers.  We must maintain standards to ensure that no single account uses an unfair share of the system resources or degrades the server performance for the other accounts.   We may at times remove log files to protect system resources.  You are responsible to download your log files on your own system.
